Derby Debut
This is the ideal package for a first time Derby goer or an upgrade from your typical Derby attendance.
This all-inclusive package will give you a Kentucky Derby weekend to remember from the time you land in Louisville Thursday to your departure Sunday morning.
Day 1: Group arrivals in Louisville, evening dinner and traditional bourbon tasting downtown.
Day 2: Head to Churchill Downs for a day of racing, commute to the track in your party bus with an off-duty jockey or professional handicapper. Get your Lily in hand and place your bets for the Oaks. After, head to dinner and the Friday night Derby VIP party. Or you can choose to add the optional Unbridled Gala, one of the most anticipated black tie-optional events of the year, to your itinerary.
Day 3: Kentucky Derby Day! Mint Juleps and cigars at the racetrack followed by Derby After-Party.
Day 4: Departure from Louisville.

Derby Museum - With two floors of interactive exhibits, the Kentucky Derby Museum takes visitors through every stage of a thoroughbred's life - from breeding to the Derby. You can also learn about the great history of racing going to back to 1875.
Old Friends Retired Racehorse Farm - Visit the dignified retirement home for thoroughbreds whose racing and breeding careers have ended. Meet living legends like Popcorn Deelites (the star of Seabiscuit the movie), Silver Charm, War Emblem, Game on Dude, and enjoy your private 90 minute interaction with the horses and their caregivers.
Nightlife
Experience the Kentucky Derby like a horse-racing insider. This group will "have their name on the list" at all of the Derby VIP parties.
After dinner each night, the Entrigue party bus will pick the group up and be your safe ride home. Party with jockeys, trainers, and owners for various fundraising efforts and horse racing causes.
Dining & Accommodations
On your first night in Louisville, you'll experience a traditional bourbon distillery tour and tasting. Avoid the cookie-cutter hotel experience with our unique bed and breakfast style lodging. This laid-back environment includes all meals and a fully-stocked kitchen outside of the racetrack. Your Derby party begins from pick-up to drop-off as your tour group will be transported around Louisville and the Churchill Downs Racetrack in the Entrigue party bus with daily special guests to help educate you on horseracing and handicapping.
Off to the Races
The Kentucky Derby is known as the greatest two minutes in sports - for its approximate run time. It is a top rank, Grade I Stakes race for 3-year-old thoroughbred horses.
The 20 horses racing in the Kentucky Derby have accumulated points in 35 races across the country and world in order to be there and compete for the winning purse of two million dollars.
An exciting week of fun-filled parties lead up to the Kentucky Oaks on Friday, a Grade I Stakes race for 3-year-old thoroughbred fillies. The winning filly is given a garland of lilies - appropriately named "lilies for fillies." Traditionally, many attendees wear pink on this day in support of breast cancer survivors. Pink Lily cocktails are the day's themed beverage.
On Derby day it's considered good luck to wear a hat and a full day of racing culminates in the Kentucky Derby. Test your handicapping skills before the big race and practice your "win", "place", and "show" wagers throughout the afternoon - or enjoy a mint julep and a cigar.

By advancing payment to Entrigue Consulting LLC, the payee thereby agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds:
If you find that you need to cancel your trip, full refunds of your initial deposit will be processed within 24 hours until February 1st, 2020.
Cancellations after February 1st result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Reservations may also be transferred to other persons before April 15th, 2020 at no additional charge.
Any transfers of reservations after April 15th will be subject to a Transfer Fee.
Full payment is due no later than March 1st, 2020
Airfare is not included in any Derby Experience package.
Booking your airfare is your personal responsibility.
We recommend booking your flights to Louisville Airport as soon as possible for best pricing.
Medical Disclosures
In order to accommodate any medical conditions, please disclose such conditions and required treatment/accommodations by April 15th 2020. Please note for the safety of all trip members, Trip Leaders reserve the right to disqualify trip members using their discretion at any time during the trip if trip member’s behavior or condition inhibits a safe experience for them and/or if a trip member's continued participation jeopardizes the group's or the individual's own safety. Under these circumstances, refunds are not given.

Entrigue Consulting LLC may contract with independent contractors to provide transportation, guide services and/or all other related travel services. We assume no responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service provided by an independent contractor or resulting directly from the following: - acts of God - detention - annoyance - terrorism - thefts - pilferage - force majeure - civil disturbances - government restrictions or regulations - strikes - delays and expenses arising from quarantine - failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled - discrepancies or change in transit or hotel services over which we have no control.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes in the itinerary where deemed necessary or advisable for the comfort and well-being of trip members.
