This package pulls out all the stops. Get the complete, luxury Kentucky Derby experience whether this is your first time and you are checking off a bucket list item or you want to attend the Derby with style like never before.
This all-inclusive package will give you a Kentucky Derby weekend with luxurious accommodations, first-class transportation, elite party experiences, and up close and personal introductions to horse racing industry players both human and equine.
Day 1: Group arrivals in Louisville followed by fine dining prior. Next head to the Derby VIP Jocktails party in your private limo and grab a drink from the bar mixed by Derby jockeys for a good cause.
Day 2: Experience five-star dining for a mimosa brunch in a horse racing industry favorite restaurant. Then see the sights on the ride to Lexington where we visit Old Friends Farm for retired racehorses. Feed a carrot to Silver Charm or take a selfie with the Seabiscuit movie star, at this favorite place for any visiting jockeys and trainers - you never know who may show up! Then return to Louisville for an evening of fine dining and bourbon tasting.
Day 3: Hop in the limo and head to Churchill Downs for a day of racing. You'll be joined by a professional handicapper at the track to get the inside scoop on this weekend's field. Place your bets for the Oaks and grab a Lily cocktail. After, return to your luxury lodging for dinner and don your tuxes and gowns for the Unbridled Gala. Take your pictures on the red carpet and enjoy live performances by Churchill Downs special guests for a good cause.
Day 4: Kentucky Derby Day! Enjoy your mint juleps and cigars at the racetrack and stop outside the jock's room for a jockey meet and greet. Return to your accommodations, let your hair down, and head to the Derby After-Party.

Off to the Races
The Kentucky Derby is known as the greatest two minutes in sports - for its approximate run time. It is a top rank, Grade I Stakes race for 3-year-old thoroughbred horses.
The 20 horses racing in the Kentucky Derby have accumulated points in 35 races across the country and world in order to be there and compete for the winning purse of two million dollars.
An exciting week of fun-filled parties lead up to the Kentucky Oaks on Friday, a Grade I Stakes race for 3-year-old thoroughbred fillies. The winning filly is given a garland of lilies - appropriately named "lilies for fillies." Traditionally, many attendees wear pink on this day in support of breast cancer survivors. Pink Lily cocktails are the day's themed beverage.
On Derby day it's considered good luck to wear a hat and a full day of racing culminates in the Kentucky Derby. Test your handicapping skills before the big race and practice your "win", "place", and "show" wagers throughout the afternoon - or enjoy a mint julep and a cigar.

By advancing payment to Entrigue Consulting LLC, the payee thereby agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds:
If you find that you need to cancel your trip, full refunds of your initial deposit
will be processed within 24 hours until February 1st, 2020.
Cancellations after February 1st result in the forfeit of your deposit.
Reservations may also be transferred to other persons before April 15th, 2020 at no extra charge.
Any transfers of reservations after April 15th will be subject
to a Transfer Fee.
Full payment is due no later than March 1st, 2020
Airfare is not included in any Derby Experience package.
Booking your airfare is your personal responsibility.
We recommend booking your flights to Louisville Airport
as soon as possible for best pricing.
Medical Disclosures
In order to accommodate any medical conditions, please disclose such conditions and required treatment/accommodations by April 15th 2020. Please note for the safety of all trip members, Trip Leaders reserve the right to disqualify trip members using their discretion at any time during the trip if trip member’s behavior or condition inhibits a safe experience for them and/or if a trip member's continued participation jeopardizes the group's or the individual's own safety. Under these circumstances, refunds are not given.

We assume no responsibility, however caused, for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service provided by an independent contractor or resulting directly from the following: - acts of God - detention - annoyance - terrorism - thefts - pilferage - force majeure - civil disturbances - government restrictions or regulations - strikes - delays and expenses arising from quarantine - failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled - discrepancies or change in transit or hotel services over which we have no control.
