Ingrid Klimke Masterclass

We are just a few days out from the Ingrid Klimke Masterclass in Wine Country! We look forward to welcoming you to Galway Downs on 


Saturday, December 2nd in Temecula, California.


PLEASE NOTE: Ticketing and Check-In OPEN at 8AM

Educational Program officially starts at 9AM.

Admission and check in

General Admission seating assignments are first come, first serve, so we recommend coming early to choose your seat.


All VIP Table Check-in will be by Group Name at the VIP/Hospitality Desk.

At check-in, please be prepared to show your Eventbrite Ticket with QR code for scanning. You will need to get a wristband which indicates if you are a VIP, 2 Day General Admission Ticket, Single Day General Admission Ticket, or Bleacher Seat. Your wristband will be used for the weekend in order to gain access to your designated seating area.

Tickets will be sold on-site electronically while seating lasts.

Food and Beverage Information

There will be a full coffee barista bar, breakfast items, food trucks and cash bar with concessions available for purchase in vendor village.


VIP wristbands include all meals, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks. VIP Breakfast buffet opens at 8AM. Lunch is a table service, from 12-2pm daily.

Weather Information

VIP and General Admission seating areas are under permanent cover. The program will continue as long as conditions are safe for horses and riders.

Bleacher seating is not under any kind of weather proofing.

Planning your trip to Galway Downs - Driving & Parking Info


Galway Downs is located in the beautiful rolling hills of Temecula Valley Wine Country, just off State Highway 79.

Please use the equestrian entrance. There are soccer matches taking place at Galway Downs this weekend as well, so allow extra time. To best avoid traffic associated with other events, approach the entrance via Pauba Rd - use the link below to map the address.  The closest address to the equestrian entrance, if entering this directly into your phone, is 43253 Los Corralitos Rd. 

Parking Information

When you enter, follow parking attendants' instructions. All guests with disabled placards will be given Disabled Parking Passes. If you require disabled parking and have not been in touch, please email so that we can have a Disabled Parking Pass at the gate for you.


For guests with mobility limitations/requiring assistance to get from parking to your seats via golf cart, please email

VIP PARKING- All group tables have 2 parking passes at the front gate. For single ticket holders there is one pass for each party by ticket name. Additional VIP parking will be on a first come first serve basis as additional spaces/passes allow. We will try our best to accommodate all VIPs with VIP parking. 

We are expecting a nearly sold out event, so please come early as the ground team will need time to help everyone get to their seats. 

Car pooling is strongly recommended. Should you need assistance during the event, please look for a team member wearing an "Event Staff" lanyard.
